Waltbillig was still a top runner earning All-MIAA Honors for a second
consecutive year finishing 8th … her best time of the year came as
the Lions held onto their South Central Regional title finishing with a time of
22:34 … again a return trip to the DII National Championship where she had a
time of 23:11 … Waltbillig also competed in a 5K race at the Missouri-Illinois
Border War placing 21st
2007-08: A top runner for the Lions competing in
every meet … had her best finish at the Loyolla Lakefron Invitational finishing
Sixth … helped the Lions to four top finishes including the MIAA Cross Country
Championships and a South Central Regional Championship … in Kirksville, MO she
garnered All-MIAA status finishing 10th with a time of 23:45.25 …
also a top 15 finisher at the South Central Regional at 14th with a
time of 22:18.9 … again she bested those times at the Division II National
Championships with a time of 22:20.5 helping the Lions to a 13th
place finish
2006-07: Ran in every meet as a freshman ... placed best
finishes at MIAA Championships and the NCAA-II Regional ... finished
a personal best of 15th place at the MIAA
Championships ... indoor season, finished a team best in the mile with a time of
5:20.98 at Southern's Relays ... also ran in the 800m and distance medley ...
