2008-09: Competed in the first three meets but ended her season
early due to injury ... finished 14th at University of Arkansas with time of
15:34.2 in a 4k race ... Also ran a 23:38 at Oklahoma State.
2007-08: Was a top runner for the Lions as a sophomore ... was
an All-Conference runner finishing 5th at MIAA Championships in Kirksville with
time of 23:27.88 ... helped the Lions to four First Place finishes including a
top mark at the South Central Regional Championships where she finished 8th and
a time of 22:00.6 ... did not run during indoor season ... during outdoor season
had her best finish in the 10000m run at MIAA Championships with a time of
39:25.16 ... finished with her best time in the 5000m run at FSU Snowbird Run
with time of 19:00.91 ... also ran in the 3000m run
2006-07: Participated in every cross country meet as a freshman
... helped lead the Lions to a first place finish at the MIAA Championships with a 24th place finish ... indoor season, participated in
the mile 3000m and 5000m runs ... finished a team best in 3000m at University of
Central Missouri Relays with a time of 10:46.77 ... outdoor season, held the
teams top three times of the season in the 3000m and 5000m run ... also ran in
the 1500m
In high school: Standout performer earning all-conference
all-district, and all-state honors in cross country and track ... was top runner
for coach Tim Bower in cross country ... was also part of state championship
team sophomore year ... also had two 3rd place finishes and one 4th place finish
her junior season ... also participated in basketball
