Girls soccer clinic, alumni game planned
for April 16
MSSU staff, players to conduct free clinic
and host alumni game
Missouri Southern State University will be
the site of a free girls soccer clinic on Saturday, April 16.
MSSU head soccer coaches Trevor Wachsman
and Kiley Cirillo, along with many current Lions players, will
conduct the one-hour clinic, which starts at 1 p.m. The clinic,
free of charge, is open to girls 7-13 years old and will be
held at Hal Bodon Field on the MSSU campus.
Following the clinic, at 2:30 p.m., the
current members of the Missouri Southern women’s soccer
team will take on the program’s alumni. The 2004 season
marked the sixth season of women’s soccer for the Lions.
In the event of inclement weather, the
clinic and alumni game will take place on the artificial turf
at Fred G. Hughes Stadium.
