MSSU to meet Rockhurst on Friday in Kansas City

Due to poor field conditions from recent rains, the Friday’s Missouri Southern State University women’s soccer game, originally scheduled to be played in Joplin, has been moved to a new site.

Missouri Southern and Rockhurst University will play Friday in Kansas City, Mo. on Rockhurst’s home pitch, Bourke Field. The match will be played at 5 p.m.

On Sunday, MSSU is slated to host Central Missouri State for the regular season finale and Senior Day. Preliminary talks have that game moved to the artificial surface of Fred G. Hughes Stadium on the campus of Missouri Southern. Southern and the Jennies are slated to play Sunday at 2 p.m.
