All Sports Strength & Conditioning Clinic

In conjunction with the Tom Rutledge/Gill Athletics Pole Vault Safety and Technique Clinic, coaches, athletes and parents may attend this session for a $40 participation fee. Group rate: first participant $40, $10 each additional individual. Very affordable lodging available. Call coach Tom Rutledge for details.
This session of the clinic will offer lecture, question and answer session, plyometrics and hands-on weight room techniques. Proper weight training and conditioning is key to any athlete's success. Injury prevention and training progression is critical for all athletes of any sport.
Schedule:
8-10 a.m. - Check-in, Leggett & Platt Athletic Center
10:30-Noon - Session I, Strength & Conditioning; Plyometrics,
stretch & flex, medicine ball
Noon-1 p.m. - Free Lunch
1-2 p.m. - Lecture/Q&A Session
2-3 p.m. - Session II - Strength & Conditioning (Wt. Room)
