Drew Endicott enters his second year as an assistant coach with the Missouri Southern Baseball program. He works primarily with pitchers, serving as the pitching coach last season.

Endicott played collegiately at the University of Missouri from 2000 through the 2002 seasons.

Originally drafted by the San Francisco Giants in the 38th round out of Carthage High School, Endicott instead played three seasons with the Missouri Tigers where as a freshman he ranked second on the team in appearances and struck out 14 batters in his first 10 collegiate innings.

As a sophomore he ranked second on the team in innings and struck out a team high 62 batters and in his final season with Mizzou, he tied for third in appearances and was fourth in innings pitched.

He was drafted in the 41st round of the Major League Baseball draft that season by the Kansas City Royals and spent four seasons in the Royals' minor league system before making it to AA Wichita in 2005 where he went 1-0 with a 1.5 ERA. Endicott spent his final professional season with Rockford of the Independent Frontier League.

A native of Carthage, Endicott was a three-time All-Conference and two-time All-Area pick, while earning All-State status in 1997.
