FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Horn finishes third with provisional point total at ESU Decathlon Emporia, Kan. -- Missouri Southern track and field athlete Phillip Horn posted a provisional point total and finished third in the decathlon at the ESU relays today. Horn won the pole vault with a height of 14 feet, six and a quarter inches while finishing second in the 110m high hurdles and third in the 400m dash. He secured 6322 points over the two day decathlon. The Lions will now be in action this Sunday as both the men's and women's teams will travel to Wichita State. |
