2006-07: Did not compete during the cross country season during the indoor season participated in the 400m dash, 800m run, 600yd run, and a member of the 4x440 and Distance Medley Relay teams held the teams top mark in the 600yd run finishing at 1:13.52 in the MIAA Championships outdoor, competed in the 400m dash, 800m, and 1500m runs had the fourth best finish in the 1500m at the MSSU Invitational at 4:12.32
In high school:
A four-year letterwinner and a four-year state track & field medalist ... an
all-state performer ... in track, was his team's total points champion as a
freshman, sophomore and as a junior ... set school records in the 1600, 5000 and
4x800-meter relay. ... also lettered in cross country and was a two-year
football starter as a defensive back.
