Ran in three meets helping the Lions qualify for the NCAA-II Nationals in
Pensacola, FL ... also helped pace the Lions to a first place team finish at the
Missouri-Illinois Border War ... finished 20th with a time of 21:22 ... was
named to the MIAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll ... indoors,
competed in the 3000m run, 5000m run, and the mile run ... during the outdoor
season he participated in the 5000m and 10000m run as well as the 3000m
steeplechase ... he held the top time in the 10000 run with a time of 33:28.40
at the MIAA Indoor Championships

the Lions to the MIAA Cross Country championship with a 17th place finish ...

2004-05: Cross Country -
Competed in six races with the Lions in 2004, charting a 19th place finish at
the Pittsburg State Invitational ... Track: Participated indoors in the
mile, 3000 meters and 5000 meters ... finished eighth in the 5000 at the MIAA
indoor meet with a season-best time of 15:45.32 ... season-best in the 3000 was
9:25.85 ... outdoors, ran the 1500 and 5000 ... season-best time in the 5000 was
16:02.87 at the MSSU Track & Field Festival.
In high school: A two-time all-state and three-time all-conference
performer in cross country ... was twice a district cross country champion
and set the school cross country 5K record of 16:04 ... also lettered three
years in track & field, earning all-conference accolades in the 1600-meter
run ... helped CHS to berths at the state cross country championships for
three straight years (2001-03).
