2006-07:  Opened the season at the Southern Stampede finishing 24th and helping the Lions to 4th place team finish ... had his two best finishes of the year finishing 3rd at the MIAA Championships with a time of 24:53.00  ... was named MIAA Runner of the Week for the week of October 9 ... finished 8th and posted a time of 25:34.00 at the Missouri-Illinois Border War ... paced the team to 1st place finishes in both ... qualified for the NCAA Regional meet where the Lions finished 2nd, as well as the National meet in Pensacola ... finished 10th at the Regional meet held at Warrensburg ... was named to the MIAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll ... indoors, a top runner again for the Lions in the indoor season ... was the top runner in bother the mile and the 3000m run ... ran best time in the mile at MIAA Championships at 4:16.00 ... also ran in the 5000m run and with the distance medley team ... outdoors, was a top runner holding the top two spots for the 1500m run and 5000m run ... finished with a team best 3:54.96 in the 1500m at the MIAA Championships ... also ran in the 800m run

2005-06: Was among MSSU's top runners throughout the cross country season ... earned All-MIAA honors with a seventh-place finish at the conference meet and was 25th at the South Central Regional ... helped the Lions to the 2005 MIAA cross country crown ... indoors, competed in the 3000 meters, the mile and 800 ... also ran the 1600-meter leg of the Lions' distance medley relay team that earned an NCAA Division II automatic qualification ... could not compete with the DMR squad at the national meet due to an injury ... best time in the mile was 4:21.34 at the University of Arkansas ... best 3000-meter time was a team-season-best 8:41.22 at the MSSU/Radio Shack Invitational.

In high school: A three-time all-state selection in cross country, finishing as individual state champion as a senior, third as a junior and runner-up as a sophomore ... in track & field, won back-to-back, state titles in the 3200-meter run ... was a nine-time all-state selection in all in track & field ... set the school record in the 3200-meter run ... four-year letterwinner in both track and cross country.
