Florence, Ala.
- One day after Missouri Southern junior Jamie Voegelli (Muskogee, Okla.) shot a school-record seven-under par 65, the Lions as a team fired a one-over par 289 and finished as the top team with a school-record, eight-under 568 to take home the North Alabama Fall Classic Title.

Voegelli cooled off on day two shooting a two-over 74, but sophomore Andy Hogenmiller (Washington, Mo.) shot a three-under 69 to finish the tournament tied with Voegelli for third with a two-day 139. Both golfers were named to the All-Tournament Team.

Junior Stephen Boyd (Springdale, Ark.) shot even par 72 both days to finish tied for eighth with a 144, while junior Seve Smith (Webb City, Mo.) was tied for 15th at 146. Senior David Eddy (Carl Junction, Mo.) was tied for 28th with a two-day 149.

The Lions finished three strokes in front of Arkansas Tech (571) to take the title and five strokes in front of sixth ranked North Alabama (573). Drury (579) was fourth, followed by West Georgia (582), UNA's "b" team (587), Lindenwood (596), Arkansas-Monticello (608), Martin Methodist (619) and Christian Brothers (649).
