Important - On the entry form included in the coaches handbook, please list your roster alphabetically and place an asterisk next to the ten (10) runners most likely to run in the regional/national. Other runners listed after the 10 with asterisks can be substituted at registration if necessary.
Entries must be typed using NCAA form from the handbook.

2004 NCAA Division II South Central Regional Championships Schedule (All times CST)
Friday, Nov. 5
Course open for inspection all day. No vehicles on course, please. MSSU lockers and showers are available both Friday and Saturday. Please provide your own towels and security.
11 a.m.-5 p.m.: Training Room open
1-3 p.m.: Coaches Registration at Ramada Inn, Room A. Packet Pick-up, Declaration, Runner Substitutions
7:30 p.m.: Coaches Meeting (Athlete Race Number Pick-up)
8-9 p.m.: Coaches Smoker at Ramada Inn

Saturday, Nov. 6
7 a.m.: Course open for inspection (no vehicles, please)
8:30 a.m.-Noon: NCAA Division II Cross Country souvenirs for sale at concession stand in the stadium
9:10 a.m.: National Anthem
9:15 a.m.: Men report to Starting Line
9:25 a.m.: Runners remove sweats
9:30 a.m.: Men's 10K
10:15 a.m.: Women report to Starting Line
10:25 a.m.: Runners remove sweats
10:30 a.m.: Women's 6K
12 Noon: Presentation of results and qualifiers at Leggett & Platt Athletic Center (official results may be picked up at this time). Presentations will be followed by a short meeting for all coaches who will have athletes represented at the national meet on Nov. 20, 2004.

Registration
Packet pick-up Friday, 1-3 p.m. at Ramada Inn

Trainer
Athletic trainers will be available at the site

Facilities
* Rolling hills, all grass except for Finish on the Track (course maps can be downloaded from the at Missouri Southern Cross Country website)
* Course may be reviewed Friday all day and Saturday morning beginning at 7 a.m.
* Dressing facilities across street at Young Gym, bring towel. Coaches responsible for athletes inside the facility.
