                                                            7:00 pm     Teams assemble in Young Gym

7:30 pm     Parade of teams/individual qualifiers

       into Leggett & Platt Athletic Center

                                                           

All teams/participants are encouraged to take part. Following introductions athletes/coaches will file into seating area for USTFCCCA presentations.

                                                           

Open to the public.  Please inform your fans.

                                                           

Refreshments will be served following the ceremony.                                                   

 

Saturday, November 17

 

8:00 am   10:00 am                              Course open for final preview

                                                           

10:00 am                                              National Anthem and Welcome

                                                            COURSE CLEARED (No warm-up permitted on course)

 

10:15 am                                              Women report to start for uniform inspection

 

10:30 am                                              Women s 6K race

                                                            (Men cannot warm-up on course, must warm-up outside course area)

 

11:15 am                                              Men report to start for uniform inspection

 

11:30 am                                              Men s 10K race

                                                            (Women cannot cool-down on course, must cool-down outside course area)

 

12:30 am                                              Women s results will be posted.  

Any protest must be made within 30 minutes of the posted conclusion time of the men s race.

                                                            Men s results will follow with time posted on results.  Any protest must be made within 30 minutes of time posted.

 

                                                            Protest Forms will be located at small white tent next to finish line.  Meet referee will be there after results are posted.  Please state protest and rule violation clearly.

 

4:00 pm                                                Official results will be at the Holiday Inn front desk, 1 copy per coach.  Results will also be on place mats at the banquet.
