Matt Habermehl
named to MIAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll
Overland Park, Kan. - Missouri Southern senior forward Matt
Habermehl was one of just 21 players named to the MIAA Commissioner's
Academic Honor Roll today.
Habermehl, a 6-7 forward from Independence and William Christman High
School, helped the Lions to their ninth straight appearance in the MIAA
Tournament this season. He started in 17 of the 28 games he played in,
averaging six points and 3.8 rebounds per game.
He is a physical education major at
Southern and will graduate this year with a 3.1 GPA.
