2007-08: Reigning MIAA Freshman of the Year...
Proved to be a valuable contributor as a true freshman for the Lions
scored
9.7 ppg and ranked second on the team with 90 assists
was also a critical
ingredient to the Lions trapping defense by recording a team-high 69 steals
nailed a single-game-best five three-pointers as the Lions won 81-77 at
Northwest Missouri State (1/16/08)
also produced a single-game best six thefts
in a win over Central Bible College (11/20/07)
tallied season-high 17 points
in wins against Mid-America Christian (11/24/07) and Northwest Missouri State
(1/16/08).
In
high school:
Three-year letter winner for the Golden Eagles averaged 16 points per game, as
well as 3 steals and 4 assists as a senior ... led his team to the Arkansas
State Tournament each of the last two years, making it to the Quarterfinals as a
junior and winning the Arkansas AAAAA State Championship ... he was also named
MVP of the Arkansas 5A Tournament ... He was named All-County his sophomore and
junior seasons, as well as All-Conference his senior season ... holds the school
record for most three pointers made in one half with seven.
