Missouri Southern Announces The Bart Tatum Show

Joplin, Mo. - The Missouri Southern State University athletics department has announced the creation of the weekly Bart Tatum Radio Show to originate from Buffalo Wild Wings in Joplin starting this Thursday night, August 23 at 7 pm. The show will go there after each Thursday night.

The show will be carried live on 101.7 The Rocket, KHST-FM. Coach Tatum will join the voice of the Lions, Kevin Greim, as well as other assistant coaches each week to discuss the happenings in Missouri Southern Football.

Fans are welcome to come out and see the show live, but if you can't catch it in person, tune to 101.7 FM in Joplin to hear every minute of the program. If you live outside of the Joplin area, the show will be streamed live on the internet. Fans wishing to listen online can go to the Missouri Southern web site: www.mssu.edu/athletics and click on the "Lions on Radio" icon on the left hand side of the page, or they can click here to listen in.

All of the Missouri Southern football games will be once again be carried on 101.7 FM this season with Kevin Greim joined by John Tupper. Those games will also be streamed through the same link as the radio show, so fans can follow the Lions no matter where they live in the world.

Missouri Southern opens the 2007 football season on the road at Haskell University in Lawrence, Kansas on August 30 at 7 pm. The home opener for the Lions will be September 8 at 6 pm against Harding.
