STARTING TIME
Friday 4:30 pm/Saturday 10:30am-Field Events; 3:00pm Running Events

ENTRY FEE
$25 per athlete ($150 max per team-male/female separate). Payable in advance with entries or at registration. $300 for both teams.

ENTRIES
Entries must be done online. Faxed entries or phone entries will not be accepted.
Entry Instructions
1. Contact coach Tom Rutledge by EMAIL ONLY: Rutledge-T@mssu.edu to receive a password (MSSU is limiting teams for their indoor track & field meets and you must receive permission). NO PASSWORD, NO ENTRY
2. Click on the "Online Entry Form" link near the top of this page.
3. Enter your password when prompted. Click Submit.
4. Your online entry form will show up.
-- A) Coaches enter team information on the Team Entry page
-- B) Coaches enter each athlete individually using the Athlete Entry page
-- C) Unattached athletes do not use the team page. Click on the Unattached Athletes button and fill out all of the information. Then enter through the individual entry
-- D) Coaches enter relay teams using the Relay Entry page.

Metric distances must be entered. A metric calculator is provided on page for conversions.

ENTRY DEADLINE
No changes or entries will be accepted after Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2008. Entries list will be closed at 6 p.m. Do not declare if you may have changes before this date. But, declare by 6 p.m.

CHECK-IN
Immediately upon arrival at Registration table in lobby of Young Gymnasium

TRAINER
A trainer will be available during the meet.

FACILITIES
Dressing and shower facilities are available in the basement of Young Gym. Bring your own towel and locker locks

RESULTS
Available on the MSSU Athletics website
approximately 30 minutes after the final event.

SPIKES
1/4" PYRAMID spikes ONLY - Violators will be disqualified. No Christmas Tree spikes. Please 1/4" Pyramid spikes only. Spikes CANNOT be worn in Young Gym during warmup.

WARM-UP
Athletes must avoid the FINISH LINE, high jump and long jump areas during their warm-up. We have limited seating and space. Please use caution. Athletes may use Young Gym adjacent to the Leggett & Platt facility for warm-up. Spikes CANNOT be worn in Young Gym during warmup.
