Starting Time:  Field Events: 2:00 pm
                Running Events: 4:30 pm
Entries:        Entry Deadline is Tuesday, April 22
                Entries must be done on-line. Faxed entries or phone entries will
                not be accepted.
                Entry Procedure -  
                1. Click on "Access On-Line Entry Form" at top of this page.
                2. Complete the on-line entry form.
                     a. Enter team information on the Team Entry page.
                     b. Enter athlete information on the Athlete Entry page.
                     c. Enter Relay teams on the Relay Entry page.
                     d. Unattached athletes use the Unattached Athletes entry 
                        and then complete by entering through the Individual Entry.
                Metric distances must be used. A metric calculator is provided on 
                the page for conversions.

Entry Fee:      $125 per team or $25 per individual 
                ($250 max per men's or women's team)
Registration:   Pick up heat sheets at stadium press box
Facilities:     Eight-lane track and all jumping and javelin surfaces are 
               polyurethane. Shot put and discus are concrete. Dressing and shower
                facilities are available in Young Gym.
Format:         All running events will be finals. Heats against time.
Spikes:         No longer than 1/4" Pyramid spikes ONLY.  NO Christmas tree or 
                needles.
Scoring:        Non-scoring meet
Trainers:       Athletic trainers will be available at the meet site.

There will be minimum distances for entries into the throwing events. Below is what each event minimum will be:

Disc - 100 ft
Hammer - 120 ft
Javelin - no min

Men
Shot - 40 ft
Disc - 100 ft
Hammer - 120 ft
