Alumni Association

STUDENT ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

The SAA works closely with the Alumni Association, but is made up of current MSSU students.
The SAA concerns itself with participating in campus activities which promote the University,
the Alumni Association, and SAA, as well as making a difference through community service projects.
The purpose of the SAA is to assist the MSSU Alumni Association and the Office of Alumni Relations
with their mission. Since it’s beginning, hundreds of students have actively served the Alumni Association
through various programs. SAA is a leadership organization that supports the activities of the MSSU
Alumni Association and serves as a link between students, alumni, administrators, faculty, and friends.

Events the Student Alumni Association partake in and sponsor:
  • Resident Halls Linen Program - available for dorm students
  • Finals Packs - available for dorm students
  • Welcome Buckets- **New**
  • Trick or Treat for Canned Goods for a local charity
  • Christmas campus canned food and other supplies for a local charity
  • The ASK program, which involves the Business Community, as well as,
    the Alumni Association, and the MSSU Career Services office.
