Elisa coordinates and manages the writing and distribution of all communication strategies with alumni, including the Alumni newsletter, the alumni Web site and communication pieces for all Alumni.

 

Elisa promotes and markets the Alumni Association's image and its array of value-added products and services for the retention and recruitment of members by performing the following duties:


Collaborates with the Alumni Director in planning and executing programs to generate membership through events (i.e. Homecoming, Legacy Day, etc.), direct mail appeals, e-mail updates and newsletters. She recruits new members and interacts with existing members to retain memberships. Creates marketing strategies for membership enhancement. Prepares membership reports and records. Maintains and updates Alumni records and Association's database to ensure accurate information. Works with Public Information in assisting with Web page development and updating material. Coordinates communications between the Alumni office and various campus departments in an effort to establish connections with future alumni.
Promotes alumni endorsement of institutional activities and enlists alumni aid in recruiting students and fund raising. Secures publicity for alumni functions.

Elisa graduated from MSSU in 2004 with a B.S.B.A in Marketing.
