Transfer information program for success - TIPS

 

TIPS offers you a chance to learn more about what Missouri Southern State University has to offer.  This is a semi-annual event for students who are considering transferring to MSSU. Whether you've completed your associate's degree or want more than your current school has to offer, we welcome your transfer application.  Please make plans to check us out!

                           

TIPS  presents to prospective students, information on admissions, student support services, long distance learning, credit equivalency, and financial aid including transfer scholarships. Afterwards, enjoy a complimentary meal with our Academic Advisors. The dates for the 2007-2008 school year are:

Regular Weekday Visits - Experience Southern during regular weekday visits or the first Saturday of every month. Campus tours meet in the Admissions Office, Hearnes Hall, Room 109. Sign Up!

 

Regular weekday tours during the spring and fall semesters are: 

  • 9:30 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday
  • 10:00 am Monday, Wednesday and Friday
  • 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday  Sign Up!

These visits include:

  • A campus tour given by a current student.
  • The opportunity to speak to an Admission Counselor about admission requirements and financial aid.
  • A chance to speak with a member of our faculty in your area of interest.

Schedule a tour for the first Saturday of every month, except during a holiday weekend.  Saturday tours begin at 9:30 a.m. in the Admissions Office in Hearnes Hall.  An Admission Counselor will be available to answer your questions about admission requirements and financial aid; however, faculty members will not be available.

Summer Tours: In June, July and August, tours are available at 10 a.m., Monday through Thursday.
