Southern Welcome Dates

The Southern Welcome orientation and enrollment program is designed to assist students with enrolling in classes for the upcoming semester and to ensure a positive introduction to the Missouri Southern State University campus community.  Southern Welcome Invitations are mailed to you with your assigned date.

Spring 2009 Semester

During Spring Southern Welcome students will be involved in the following activities:  

  • The writing assessment (placement test for first semester English class)
  • Small group session with a Southern Welcome student leader
  • Small group session with academic Dean
  • Enrollment for Spring classes

(There is no Parent/Guest Program for this session)
