Public Administration

Minor in Public Administration

The Minor in Public Administration provides essential tools for the job market, particularly in the public or non-profit sector. A basic understanding of leadership and management, as well as an introductory framework of how public institutions function, will be of major benefit to students who choose this career path. A minor in public administration also provides a good foundation of the concepts and principles that you will be expected to understand if you pursue graduate level work by entering either a Master of Public Administration (MPA) program or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.
