The School of Health Sciences, Public Safety and Technology and the Emergency Medical Training Department offer certificate programs preparing students to take the National Registry examinations as Emergency Medical Technicians or as Paramedics. This is closely integrated with area Emergency Medical Services and area Trauma Centers.
