What is it?
The Student Library Organization (SLO) is an official student organization of Missouri Southern State University which acts as a liaison between the student body and the library, and helps further the awareness of available services and materials at George A. Spiva Library. Some of our goals include hosting fun and safe events, conducting fundraisers, and participating in service learning projects to help our campus and local community.
Who can join?
The organization is open to all currently enrolled students in good standing. Dues are $10 a semester or $15 for the academic year. Dues are used to sponsor all the fun projects that SLO puts together, such as Game Night at the Library and homecoming decorating contests.
